Re: Collection

How do we collect our memories? How do we read our thoughts? Is memory capable of prohibiting the human imagination, or can imagination exist within the thoughts that we collect in a lifetime? "Re: Collection" is an upcoming exhibition of student art at the University of Ottawa that explores the concepts of memory as a collection and the mind as a labyrinth of infinite possibilities.

This blog was created to spark a dialogue on the themes that will be explored in this show as well as to keep the community informed of upcoming events (including the show's Vernissage). We hope to continue to update the blog throughout the process of the show's installation and even after the show has finished to continue to artfully enrich the presence of art on campus.
